A timer system measures the time differential between the two racers for each phase. The combined differential of phase A & B determines the winner of the heat. Leaving the skill of the racer as the determining factor for the overall win.

  • The track office said the printout had to be in color
  • To keep the form on file for a year, it has to be notarized
  • If both parents are there on site they can sign at the window attendant as the witness for each event.
  • If only one parent is on site at the window, they will allow the signature of the second parent in advance

The form is found here:  Minor Waiver Form for NHMS
